Our Leadership

Tamika Jackson

Chief Executive Officer

CEO and Founder of Successful Strategies for Life Sciences (SSLS), Tamika has roles including executive oversight of the Company’s clinical and regulatory operations, and she provides long-range, visionary skill sets for planning and implementing strategies and policies to ensure the organization’s success. Tamika is a life science industry leader with 20+ years of experience in regulatory matters and clinical operations.  Her leadership has assisted numerous companies to successfully prepare, manage, and maintain drug applications, from initial planning through to agency approval. Her professional experience with over 1000 agency-related submissions and clinical operations responsibilities includes 16+ years of creating and maintaining real-time inspection-ready Trial Master File (TMF) management services, and implementing eTMF systems, for large and small life science companies.

Tamika is a member the TMF Reference Model Group and the Drug Information Association (DIA), a global association of life science document and records management experts. She has been professionally recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Chief Executive Officer in the life sciences industry. Tamika is a gifted speaker and visionary who has presented at numerous TMF lifecycle management conferences for over a decade.

Victoria Weatherby

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Victoria’s role includes overseeing daily operations, establishing company policies for sustainable growth, and designing and implementing business strategies for SSLS’s new Diversity in Patient Engagement initiatives. Previously she provided leadership in corporate operations and succeeded in improving work environments that increased productivity. Victoria has over a decade of experience with community outreach and is known for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences. Her previous experience includes over a decade in Human Resource Management, where she led efforts to improve communications and transparency, and directly helped employees to maintain accountability and well-being while meeting their goals. Victoria’s diverse experience as a certified executive coach includes advising corporate officers.

She received training in Business Administration and Operations along with Human Resource Management at Pepperdine University Malibu, CA. Victoria has over a decade of experience with community outreach and is known for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
