As Chief Operating Officer, Victoria’s role includes overseeing daily operations, establishing company policies for sustainable growth, and designing and implementing business strategies for SSLS’s new Diversity in Patient Engagement initiatives. Previously she provided leadership in corporate operations and succeeded in improving work environments that increased productivity. Victoria has over a decade of experience with community outreach and is known for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences. Her previous experience includes over a decade in Human Resource management, where she led efforts to improve communications and transparency, and directly helped employees to maintain accountability and well-being while meeting their goals. Victoria’s diverse experience as a certified executive coach includes advising corporate officers.
She received training in Business Administration and Operations along with Human Resource Management at Pepperdine University Malibu, CA. Victoria has over a decade of experience with community outreach and is known for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.
